Campers will learn 3D modeling and game design skills with Merge Cube VR, Kano Computing, Piper, and more! Campers will use LEGO We Do 2.0 products to make alligators that chomp and monkeys that move! While also engaging in hands-on learning experiences with Little Bits, Ozobots, Sphero programming, kitchen chemistry, solar and 3D projects, engineering design process challenges. Activities focus on problem-solving, project-based learning, and scientific inquiry.

Minecraft Modding

Create your own Minecraft server modifications and minigames while learning fundamental coding concepts. Discover what you can do with code! Minecraft is called the perfect platform for aspiring student game designers to learn problem-solving, critical thinking, and implement games level design strategies. No prior programming experience required.

STEM Maker Lab

Campers will learn 3D modeling and design skills with COSpaces, Merge VR, Kano Computing, Piper, and more! Learn to plan and design a variety of game types. Over the course of a week, you will design and build 2D platformers, top-down games, side scrollers, and physics-based games. Campers will build a foundation of programming basics and apply them as they build a different class of game each day. Work on a collaborative project with friends. At the end of the week, show off your original games and play them with friends and family. No prior programming experience required.

STEM Maker Lab

Young artists, engineers, designers and inventors will learn how to design and build computer controls using Makey-Makey invention kits, animate with Bloxels builder, and perform eye-opening experiments with Google ScienceJournal. Students will control classic games like Pacman and Mario using life-size controllers they design. Obstacle courses? Musical instruments? The sky’s the limit with STEM Maker Lab! Enthusiasm and creativity is the name of the game with this hands-on invention week!

Creative Coding

Discover programming through art, animation, music and math. Collaborate with other campers as you bring amazing projects to life using visual programming. Create interactive greetings, experiment with sounds and musical notes, make your own comics, design characters and animate them, generate math art and build level-based games. No prior programming experience required.
